These Terms govern your access to and use of Tendrix the website, application and APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking "accept", or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organisation.
1. The Service
Tendrix helps organizations analyse RFP and tender documents, maintain a knowledge base of reusable proposal content, and draft and export proposal documents to DOCX, PPTX, PDF and Google Docs. Features vary by plan and by the permissions your administrator grants you.
2. Accounts
- You must be 16 or older and provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Your administrator controls roles, feature access and user provisioning, and may view, export or delete content in your workspace.
- Notify us at support@tendrix.com of any suspected unauthorised access.
3. Your content
You retain all ownership of the documents, text, data and files you upload or generate ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display Your Content solely to operate and support the Service for you. You represent that you hold the rights needed to upload Your Content and that doing so does not breach confidentiality obligations, export controls, or third-party rights including any restrictions in the tender documents you process.
We do not use Your Content to train generalised AI models.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate confidentiality or procurement rules;
- Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or provide the Service to third parties except as your plan permits;
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, feature gates or access controls;
- Upload special-category personal data or payment-card data;
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or presented as human-authored where a rule or law requires disclosure, or helping in any terrorist activities.
5. AI-generated output
Tendrix uses large language models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or non-compliant with a specific tender's requirements. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving any output before submitting it to a client, buyer or procurement authority. Tendrix does not provide legal, financial or bid-compliance advice, and makes no warranty that output will win, qualify for, or comply with any tender.
Output may not be unique: comparable prompts can produce comparable results for other customers. As between you and us, you own the output you generate from Your Content, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.
6. Google Docs and Drive integration
Connecting a Google account is optional. If you connect it:
- You authorise Tendrix to create a Google Doc for an exported proposal, write its content, and update that document if you export again
- Tendrix cannot browse your Drive, open your other files, or delete or move anything in it. Google enforces this limit; the permission Tendrix requests is the narrowest one available for this purpose. The Privacy Policy names the exact permissions for reference.
- Your use of Google Docs and Drive is additionally governed by Google's Terms of Service, and our handling of Google data by our Privacy Policy, which conforms to the Google API Services User Data Policy including its Limited Use requirements.
- You may disconnect at any time in Tendrix, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Documents already created remain yours.
- We are not responsible for Google's availability, quotas or changes to its APIs.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including cloud hosting and AI model providers. Their outages, changes or terms may affect the Service. We are not liable for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party, and does not prevent disclosure required by law (with notice where permitted).
9. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, and will give advance notice of planned downtime where practical. Any service-level commitment applies only if stated in a separate written agreement.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect at least 30 days after we post them and notify you by email or in-app.
